I tried everything from deleting cache, uninstalling the app and shutting down my phone, resetting the app from home screen, but I'm still having the same issue. I've been experiencing this exact same problem ever since smart shuffle has been released for the first time around March of 2023, and only my Liked Songs playlist (1,202 songs since 2015) is being affected. I'm glad I'm not alone having this problem, while everyone else I know under the premium plan is saying their Spotify is working perfectly fine. Spotify plays exact same queue every time I click.Best thing we can do is for Spotify to get rid of this sometime this month and make up for it next year. That's where your real stats are at.Īs for the horrible and rushed design that is the Wrapped banner hanging at the center of your main page, there is also nothing we can do at this point to hide this thing. The only solution I can suggest for now if you are curious to know about your actual listening stats is to check out stats.fm. Their team will look into it, though (I hope). I have already raised this issue with their support chat and the only thing I got from them was that this is system-based and that any modifications will be impossible. There appears to be an error on Spotify's system that is causing this to happen. Some of you may have even encountered some errors such as seeing just one artist or song fill-up your entire top 5. One thing I noticed is how highly inaccurate our top songs and artists this time I around. If anyone is reading this, I am certain that most of you would have issues on this year's Wrapped.
